Style Street Chicago will be there, will you?
I had the pleasure of seeing Jazmine Sullivan perform in Chicago on Sunday. Not only did she rock the performance but she was also fashionably trendy and fly. She wore an earth tone red leather jacket over a black slim fitted dress accentuated with a waist belt that matched the jacket. To top it off her shoe game was serious, black patent leather pumps with a funky gold-tone platform (pictured below; courtesy of bossip) and she even wore black stockings..."She's bringing stocking's back, yeah!" (Sung in my best Justin Timberlake voice) LOL Seeing her in action made me want to find out more about her style. Check out this video of her Stylist, June Ambrose, discussing Miss Jazmine's style.

Barney's sale is ridiculous! You know I LOVE shoes. I saw PRADA shoes as low as $199, LOUBOUTINS, MIU MIU, D&G, you name 'em and they're on sale. The sale prices on shoes range from $199-$819. Get over there ASAP!
On another note, I swear Barney's is going to have me banned. I'm always in there researching. But I just love to bring you the latest and greatest finds. It's such a great store. Remember the Selita Ebanks/Balenciaga post? Well the shoes are on display on the second floor. They are exquisite pieces of work.
Also on the second floor, they are selling TAR magazine for $20. This magazine is a mix of art, fashion, culture and social consciousness. And in efforts to promote the sale, the visual merchandisers have crafted a beautiful dress made from the pages of the magazine. It's such a beautiful piece of art.
